Studio Policies

Due to the recent virus outbreak, Drye Photo will be implementing the following measures to ensure the safety and health of everyone attending photo sessions:

  • All props, fabrics, and studio seating are washed, sanitized, and/or steam cleaned after every session.

  • No shoes allowed in the studio area. Please leave them at the door. I will remove my shoes for in-home sessions.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided to you upon arrival at the studio.

  • I will wear a face mask at all times, along with my already borderline-neurotic use of hand sanitizer.

  • Maintain a reasonable distance between us at all times.

  • Only immediate family members (living with you) allowed at sessions until further notice.

On Your Part

Please consider the following steps to ensure everyone's well-being:

  • Please wear a face mask when you're not being photographed. If you forget, I will have a limited number of masks available for use.

  • Limit visitor interaction before your session to prevent the spread of germs to me, my family, or future clients.

  • Cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours if you're experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, dizziness, lack of taste/smell, extreme fatigue (beyond normal lack of sleep).

Studio Re-Opening

As the state of Texas begins the phases of re-opening, I am proceeding with caution and speculation. Outdoor sessions will resume at the end of May, and posed newborn sessions mid-June. I will be scheduling with 24 hours between each session to allow for cleaning. All policies and scheduling are subject to change. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Please submit 2 days prior to your scheduled session.

I certify that I have read the above studio policies. I take full responsibility in moving forward with my appointment and aware of the risks involved. I waive my rights to seek damages, compensations and or any involvement on Drye Photo.

If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, Photographer shall return the retainer to the client and shall have no further liability. Further, if the Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer, a replacement appointment session will take place.

Thanks for submitting!
